In this club they teach us since we are little that in any game with Real Madrid there is a lot at stake and you learn many things [from the games]. There is no unimportant match, specially this one served as preparation for playoffs and for footballers that hadn’t had so many opportunities to play. For example, Lucas, who was a starter, scored a superb goal and had a very complete game. Ríos also played, he is a guy who trains well every day and has known how to take advantages of his chances.

In this team you are all important pieces and each one of you is capable of playing equally well.
Everyone deserves to play because without them we wouldn’t be here. Isaac is the first one that creates a sense of group when we travel and the first one to cheer us all. We are very happy because now we are all playing. The coach is splitting minutes and the goal is that we all feel important for playoffs.

How was the week after you won the league title?
It’s been more relaxed and we are all in a good mood and there are more laughs. We have last year’s experience, we thought we were going to get promoted easily, but we realized we have to give it all because there are many teams that fight hard.

How did you celebrate the title? Who did you think of?
You think about your friends, your family, and all the teammates that have been here since I play for Real Madrid because some weren’t as lucky as we were and they would have liked to be here. For that you like to dedicate it to them because they would have liked it.

You guys already have the experience of having played a promotion playoffs last season. What did you learn and what do you think needs to be done to successfully overcome them?
We have to avoid relaxing [on the pitch] and play the way we know without any type of pressure. We are first in a group that is full of teams that historically have always been in the First and Second Division. We simply have to play our game as we did against Lugo. We faced that match as a team that was not afraid of anything and we showed we are the best in your group. We need to play and support each other as we always do and surely we can achieve promotion together.

One of the team’s traits has been its regularity throughout the season, key factor in playoffs.
This year we have been very consistent at home as well as away, although away we have had more demanding games, but we have the experience of Tenerife, Albacete, and Oviedo, those 3 difficult grounds where we have seen how playoffs will be. The most important thing is to not concede and take advantage of the chances.

Actually, the game in Lugo was one of the key moments of the season…
Everyone expected a game more or less balanced or with more winning possibilities for Lugo. That week, more than ever, we were a group and we knew we had to win that game. We went out there like airplanes (meaning “all in”), because if we could win we would practically be group champions, and on the 15th or 18th minute we were already up by 3. If we go out there with the same mentality during the promotion playoffs and we play as we have in some matches this season we will at least get a good result out of the first leg.

This has been a new year for you regarding your position on the field, due to the fact that you have always played as a center forward and this season we have also seen you as a winger. How do you evaluate this season?
It’s been a little strange for me because I’m used to playing always as a center forward but doing so as a winger has helped me a lot to learn towards the future. Everything that is new to learn is accepted and done with desire. Sometimes, it’s hard for me to defend, but with Casado’s and Río’s help I’m improving little by little.  (In the video he actually says they yell at him and he laughs)

You guys are a team with a great offensive quality. Joselu, Jesé, Juanfran, and you have scored many goals. How is this group of 4?
This year we are lucky to have Juanfran, who is a footballer that has been with Castilla for a long time, that has played in other important teams and has the experience of playoffs and of having played in the First Division. He is the one that guides us and when we are a little more relaxed tells us  (literally says “goes off on us” but it’s not meant that way) . We have seen that Jesé took a big step from Juvenil and is having a great season. Joselu is scoring all the goals he can. If we all continue scoring and giving assists, like Jesé does or crosses like Juanfran’s, we have chances of promotion. I hope we [the attack] are inspired because the defense always does well. If we don’t concede and score some goals we get promoted for sure.  (That is the translation of the transcription, but I promise what he says doesn’t sound as silly in the video)

It’s a great year of Real Madrid’s fan base. The first team is about to win the league  (ha!)   a nd you guys have already won group 1’s league.
It had been a while since the first team and Castilla had both won the league and Real Madrid fans are very happy. Our supporters will support us to achieve promotion. Whoever is madridistas has to feel proud.

Why will this Castilla team accomplish being in Segunda?
We are still pained about last year. I had never been in a team with so much integration from everyone: the props, physical therapists, technical staff…. We are a very united group that has a lot of desire to get promoted, most of all for not having to split up too, and because we know that if we get promoted we all can continue playing good football together. This year we have worked well and have been more consistent than last year. We deserve it and also do the people that work here for us to have all the commodities in the world.

What have you promised to do with you get promoted?
There are many jokes, but shaving Alex’s  or Carvajal’s head is one of them.

(存呀么一个档)

一直想说说之前豆瓣上有一个友邻，此人太过文艺小清新到我无法理解的程度。

记得是06/07年的时候，主动过来勾搭我说喜欢我写的东西，姐明确的告之姐已经N久不写东西了。后来为了Travis，写了篇儿The Boy With No Name的稿子和一个Reinas的流水账，不过这都是后话了。有段时间一直相安无事，我觉得这是绝大多数网络虚拟关系的最美妙时刻。

她哈日（如果容许我这么讲）。我默默的看着她那些关于日本清新拍乐人影人及世界各类摄影师图片的广播，慢慢的看着她“火”起来。我对她感兴趣的方面非常无感，但是本着求同存异及吸取新知识的目的我在像她“学习”，就好比没有他我绝对不会知道有Saeko这号人的存在。后来令我比较开心的是她也挺喜欢西班牙的，足球方面。

10年秋天，我把头像换成了Xabi，之后招来她的留言问我此人是谁。我想去回给她留言板却发现留言不能，只好私信之。之后她告诉我我换了头像，她忘了我是谁，不小心把我删了这就重新加上。记性真好，自打她第一次给我留言到那时，我只改过一次名字，而那可以追溯到大概07年末，之后我一直叫当时也是现在的名字。无所谓了。

后来她开了微博，豆瓣广播求粉。我微博的性质几乎与音乐无关，怕给乐友带来视觉上的污染，所以一般我是不会加乐友的。自然我也没有去招惹她，一个音乐上也与我没啥共同点的人。看见她相册有个食物摆成的西班牙国旗，我征求她同意想转到微博上去。她提出微博互粉。我记得我处于好意警告过她鄙人微博的性质，她说没什么互相学习。

两三个月之后的一天，我发现她豆瓣广播又在求粉，就好奇看了下她微博。我跟她的状态是“√已关注”，顿时无语凝噎，立删之。我本着包容的心忍受了这么多年，也在微博上偶尔看到她匪夷所思的文字，如果说你没有包容的心，那么你就不要轻易去招惹我这样敏感的友邻。

去年的一天，我发现豆瓣上被她取消了关注，她关注聊撩几十人，粉丝N千。我多年忍受她用一些我很讨厌的东西刷屏换来的只是几次被玩儿的经历。可能是我过于庸俗，人家过于清新；可能是我在走下坡路，她是人往高处走。

其实你用摄影师的图片做相册招揽生意并不说明你品味多高，真的。

我讨厌那种目的在于求粉丝的豆瓣无聊人士。当然，微博这种人更多。我一直觉得，如果你觉得你无法包容别人的一起那你就不要去招惹人家。退一步讲，为什么我在忍受别人的同时，别人却不能接纳我？

所以，别轻易招惹我这种人，我既然fo了你，我会真诚的看待每个虚拟友谊，即使多年从没说一句话。当我觉得你可能不能忍受我或者我无法接受你的时候，我会拉黑——这种互相断绝关系的方式。所以你不要觉得，你看遍贬我的同时让我给你充崇拜者。褐啊，我可烦你了真的，只是没好意思首先走出那一步啊。

关于她我想吐槽好久了，今天终于写完了。

¿Cómo ves al equipo esta temporada?

El Castilla está muy bien. Está claro que es difícil ahora mismo repetir lo que estamos haciendo. Estamos respondiendo a las expectativas que habían puesto sobre nosotros. El equipo tiene mucha ilusión y nos tenemos que ilusionar con el camino que llevamos recorrido.

El Real Madrid Castilla está enchufado, seis victorias consecutivas, líderes…

Sí, estamos en buena dinámica. Tal vez tuvimos un inicio un poco dubitativo, había bajas respecto al año pasado y gente que acababa de llegar. Ahora los nuevos ya se han adaptado y hemos enganchado buen ritmo tanto dentro como fuera del campo. Esto era muy importante para nosotros y la verdad que estamos muy bien.

El año pasado por estas fechas el Castilla estaba casi en descenso, ¿cómo ha cambiado el equipo? ¿Qué ha pasado?

El cambio en el cuerpo técnico se notó mucho el año pasado. Este año hemos tenido la suerte de contar con un gran entrenador como es Alberto Toril desde el principio y yo creo que esa es la diferencia fundamental con el Castilla del año pasado a éste, estamos muy contentos. Alberto cuando vino nos activó, cogimos la idea que quería y hemos tratado de mantener esa idea. Si no fuera por él y por su cuerpo técnico ahora no estaríamos donde estamos. El entrenador es muy importante y nosotros tenemos la suerte de tener uno muy bueno.

¿Cómo se lleva ser líderes?

Bien, tenemos la suerte de que somos el filial del Real Madrid. Todos los equipos salen como motos a por nosotros, eso no se va a poder cambiar, van a salir a ganarnos siempre, pero nosotros somos el Castilla. Somos el rival a batir y tenemos que salir también cada partido enchufados, luchar y pelear por los tres puntos. Somos el Madrid y nuestra mentalidad es ganadora.

¿Cómo está el vestuario del Castilla?

Estamos muy unidos y el ambiente es increíble. El vestuario del Castilla es muy bueno. Es el mejor en el que he estado yo nunca y seguro que en el que mejor que voy a estar. Este año hay una conexión directa entre jugadores y cuerpo técnico. Todos remamos hacia la misma dirección, la gente que juega, la que no… Todos se dejan la vida. El éxito es que hay buenos jugadores y buen vestuario.

Es la tercera temporada de Juanfran en el Castilla ¿Ya eres un jugador de peso dentro de equipo?

Sí, bueno… Soy el segundo capitán. Ya puedo decir que tengo un poquito de autoridad con los chavales, por desgracia, porque uno ya cumple años. Muy contento y con mucha suerte de llevar tres años en un club tan grande como este. Tengo 23 años y voy a pelear por intentar mantenerme arriba y a seguir en esta línea.

La primera temporada en el Castilla fue dura para Juanfran, te costó entrar en el equipo y ahora eres un fijo. ¿Cómo has crecido?

Aquí la exigencia siempre es máxima. Al prinicipio me costó mucho adaptarme pero he madurado mucho futbolísticamenteen este club. Ahora soy un jugador más completo. Es bueno que un entrenador te ponga en posiciones menos habituales porque también se aprende. Yo he jugado de lateral cuando se me ha necesitado y estoy contento con mi rendimiento.

Sólo te has perdido el partido contra La Roda y has sido titular en todos los demás. ¿Es Juanfran indiscutible en el once?

No puedo pensar que soy titular indiscutible en este equipo. Hay que trabajar cada día porque en esta plantilla hay jugadores con mucha calidad. Lucas, que juega también por banda es un jugadorazo. La competencia me está viniendo bien porque me estoy exigiendo mucho y la verdad que las cosas están saliendo bien..

¿Dónde está tu techo?

No lo sé, la verdad es que espero estar en este club muchos años. Yo quiero ahora hacer la mejor temporada aquí y al año que viene veremos qué es lo que pasa. El año pasado hubo ofertas de algún club, pero preferí quedarme aquí y pelear por el ascenso. Esto es algo que me gustó mucho y por eso he preferido quedarme y seguir aprendiendo. Este club pasa y es muy difícil volver. Otro año con Toril aquí se pueden aprender muchas cosas. Me queda mucho por aprender y de demostrar, así que no me marco ninguna meta, voy poco a poco dando pasitos pequeños.

¿Es un halago que clubes de Primera como Espanyol, Zaragoza o Getafe se hayan interesado por tí?

Si, está claro. A cualquier jugador le gustaría jugar muchos años en Primera, sé que me queda mucho por delante, no lo quiero pensar todavía. Yo soy jugador del Castilla y de momento me conformo con eso.

Entonces, ¿tú objetivo y el del equipo este año es el ascenso a Segunda?

Sí. Está claro. El objetivo primero es quedar campeones de grupo y luego subir a Segunda división. Todos pensamos en eso y fuera de allí no hay nada más. Es ascender, ascender y ascender, sea como sea hay que ascender. Da igual como subir, ganando brillantemente, peleando o jugando mal. Yo por eso me he quedado en este club y no para quedarme en mitad de la tabla. El año pasado ya tuvimos la oportunidad, no lo conseguimos y no podemos bajar los brazos y rendirnos. Este año es otra temporada y por qué no.

Juanfran ya sabe lo que es acender a Segunda, lo conseguiste con el Villarreal B. ¿Qué recuerdas de aquella experiencia?

Sí, tuve la suerte de vivirlo, es una experiencia que no se me va a olvidar nunca. Quiero tenerla aquí y hacerlo con este club. Creo que acender con el Real Madrid sería lo máximo. No me quiero perder un ascenso con el Castilla. Ya tendré tiempo para jugar años en Primera.

El próximo rival el Oviedo. Un equipo en alza que visita el fortín del Alfredo di Stéfano…

En casa somos muy difíciles de ganar. Es un gran equipo de esta categoría. También nosotros somos un equipo difícil y no creo que ellos tengan marcado un tres en su calendario.

Tu forma física es espectacular, estas como un toro ¿Tienes algún secreto?

No, yo Soy una persona que vive para esto, me cuido al máximo. Cada uno tiene sus condiciones. Unos son técnicos, otros tienen calidad…Para mí, el físico es el 70% de mis condiciones.

El año pasado marcarse un golazo contra el Toledo, que decían que era un gol a lo Pelé. Este año de momentos ya llevas uno…

Las comparaciones dicen siempre que son odiosas, pero que te comparen con un jugador como Pelé, pues imagínate. Soy un jugador que le gusta pegarle desde lejos y siempre que puedo lo intento. Este año he marcado al Albacete y he dado otras dos asistencias. Estoy contento.

Tus padres te acompañan siempre en cada partido. ¿Son un apoyo fundamental?

Para lo mí más importante son mis padres. Si tengo que dejar el fútbol por ellos lo dejo. Me siguen siempre allí donde voy. Lo son todo para mí. Yo sigo viviendo aún en casa y me iré el día que juegue a más de 400 kilómetros. De momento, estoy muy agradecido por la oportunidad que me han dado.

¿Cúal es el referente de Juanfran, tú modelo de jugador?

Ahora mismo en el primer equipo hay un jugador que me gusta mucho, es Ángel Di María. Es un jugador que trabaja para el equipo, que ayuda, que corre, que pelea, que busca el desborde… Es una suerte para el Real Madrid que pueda contar con un jugador como éste porque aporta muchas cosas. De siempre me ha gustado mucho Ronaldo. Cuando llegó al Madrid disfrute mucho con él, sus arrancadas y potencia me encantaban.

¿Cuál es el sueño de Juanfran?

Primero ascender con el Castilla. El año que viene estar en Primera división, ojala sea en el Real Madrid. Sé que es muy difícil, pero voy a luchar por ello, es un sueño. De conseguirlo ese sería el final preferido, si llego allí, se cierra el cuento y ya no se escribe más… (risas).
